Morning Meditations

Every Thursday morning from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., join us at Verger Labonté for a guided meditation session.

Settle in outdoors, close to the animals, and allow yourself to be surrounded by birdsong, the gentle breeze through the trees, and the first rays of the morning sun. In this peaceful setting, you will be guided through a meditation inspired by the teachings of Joe Dispenza, accompanied by music that encourages presence, inner calm, and a deeper connection with yourself.

In a world where our minds are constantly occupied, this is an opportunity to pause. A chance to slow down, open your heart, calm your nervous system, and fully return to the present moment.

Whether you're completely new to meditation or it's already part of your daily routine, you are warmly welcome.

7:00 a.m. — Welcome and brief introduction
7:15 a.m. — Guided meditation (30–45 minutes)

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, a water bottle, and an eye mask if you wish. A limited number of chairs will be available.

Guided meditations are offered in English.
