Come celebrate Earth Day along the Soulanges Canal and the Soulanges bike path! On April 20th, put on your cleaning gloves for the community clean-up along the bike path and the Soulanges Canal. The municipalities of Les Cèdres, Coteau-du-Lac, and Les Coteaux invite you to participate in a special day to preserve our environment on Earth Day!

Together, let's join efforts to clean up the banks of this beautiful park, thus protecting the natural beauty of our region and inspiring future generations to take care of our beautiful planet.

Join us at various meeting points, whether you are alone, with family, or with friends, every contribution counts!

Les Cèdres 🕒 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. 📍 Meeting point: Soulanges bike path - Saint-Féréol Entrance

Coteau-du-Lac 🕒 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 📍 Meeting point: 20 Rue Principale, Coteau-du-Lac

Les Coteaux 🕒 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 📍 Emblème Park, 21 Rue Principale, Les Coteaux

Stretching on 23.5 km, the Canal de Soulanges is an old waterway that connects the municipalities of Pointe-des-Cascades, Les Cedres, Coteau-du-Lac and Les Coteaux. Inaugurated in 1899 and closed to navigation in 1959, the Canal de Soulanges is considered a major heritage in Vaudreuil-Soulanges. Take a ride of bicycle on the Soulanges bike path along the canal towards the municipalities of Saint-Zotique and Rivière-Beaudette. Discover the major points such as the Village des Écluses, the Parc des Ancres, the locks, the Petit Pouvoir and l'Embouchure on your way. The parking lots are at : Pointe-des-Cascades (67, ch. du Fleuve), Les Cèdres (Saint-Féréol near of the intersection of route 338), Coteau-du-Lac (20, rue Principale) and Les Coteaux (51, chemin du Fleuve).
